We don't sell products.
We deliver stories — of artisans who've spent lifetimes perfecting their craft,
of regions that breathe tradition,
and of a Japan most never get to see.
Japanese artisans dedicate their entire lives to mastering a single craft. This obsessive devotion — shokunin kishitsu — creates quality that mass production can never replicate.
From Kyushu's volcanic soil to Kyoto's misty highlands, Japan's diverse microclimates produce ingredients with complexity and depth that exist nowhere else on Earth.
Many of our partner artisans represent 10+ generations of unbroken tradition. Their techniques are living cultural treasures refined over centuries.

For personal purchases, there's no strict minimum — you can order as little as a single item. For wholesale/commercial orders, minimum quantities vary by product: typically 5kg for Wagyu, 10kg for Matcha, and 50 units for packaged goods like incense. We're flexible — just ask.
EMS/DHL typically delivers within 3–7 business days to most countries. Frozen Wagyu shipments may take 5–10 days due to cold-chain logistics. We provide tracking numbers for every shipment so you can monitor delivery in real time.
We prepare all export documentation from the Japan side (health certificates, commercial invoices, packing lists). Import duties and taxes at your destination are the buyer's responsibility, but we clearly label all shipments to minimize customs delays.
Absolutely. For wholesale inquiries, we offer sample packs at cost for most product categories (Matcha, Shiitake, Nori, Incense, Porcelain). This lets you evaluate quality before committing to a larger volume. Just mention "sample request" in your inquiry.
We accept bank transfer (wire), PayPal, and major credit cards. For wholesale orders, we typically use T/T (telegraphic transfer) with 50% deposit. We can discuss payment terms that work for your business.
Yes! We work with restaurants, specialty shops, and online retailers across the globe. We offer recurring order schedules, priority access to seasonal products, and dedicated support. Send us a wholesale inquiry and we'll set up a call to discuss your needs.
Founder & Cultural Curator
Born in Fukuoka, raised between cultures. After years in the global food export industry — starting with Japan's legendary Wagyu beef — Karen saw a deeper mission: to share not just products, but the soul of Japan's making traditions.
She travels across prefectures, sits with artisans, tastes every batch, and selects only what moves her. Nothing enters the WAGYU NINJA collection without her personal conviction.
"I don't look for the most expensive or the most famous. I look for the most honest — the maker who puts everything into their craft, every single day."
