Common Questions

We currently ship to over 50 countries including the US, UK, EU, UAE, Singapore, Hong Kong, Australia, and more. Some products (especially fresh/frozen Wagyu) have import restrictions depending on your country. Contact us with your location and we'll confirm availability immediately.

For personal purchases, there's no strict minimum — you can order as little as a single item. For wholesale/commercial orders, minimum quantities vary by product: typically 5kg for Wagyu, 10kg for Matcha, and 50 units for packaged goods like incense. We're flexible — just ask.

EMS/DHL typically delivers within 3–7 business days to most countries. Frozen Wagyu shipments may take 5–10 days due to cold-chain logistics. We provide tracking numbers for every shipment so you can monitor delivery in real time.

We prepare all export documentation from the Japan side (health certificates, commercial invoices, packing lists). Import duties and taxes at your destination are the buyer's responsibility, but we clearly label all shipments to minimize customs delays.

Absolutely. For wholesale inquiries, we offer sample packs at cost for most product categories (Matcha, Shiitake, Nori, Incense, Porcelain). This lets you evaluate quality before committing to a larger volume. Just mention "sample request" in your inquiry.

We accept bank transfer (wire), PayPal, and major credit cards. For wholesale orders, we typically use T/T (telegraphic transfer) with 50% deposit. We can discuss payment terms that work for your business.

Yes! We work with restaurants, specialty shops, and online retailers across the globe. We offer recurring order schedules, priority access to seasonal products, and dedicated support. Send us a wholesale inquiry and we'll set up a call to discuss your needs.
